Advanced confirmed reservation guarantees you the suite or the room of your choice for the period wanted. To reserve please fill in form.

We would just need your name, contact details, the exact dates for your check in and check out, fax us a fulfilled authorization form with your credit card detail (Visa or Master card) and we’ll do the rest.

You can book by telephone, e-mail, by post or through your own choice of tour or travel agent (which we have a contracts with).

Bookings for our corporate customers can be made even easier when we have a contract or agreement in place, which identifies the expected requirements for their accommodation needs during a project running over a period of time. Many of our business customers choose this approach, so that they can plan more effectively for their accommodations needs and ensure they achieve the most competitive deal to meet those needs.

Please note that on arrival at hotel Niky each guest has to show a valid identification - international passport for foreign citizens and an ID card for Bulgarian citizens. Confirmation of your reservation will ensure you are accommodated in the type of reserved room/suite of your choice. For reservations made by a tour agent, where the bill is arranged with them, the guest will need to show a valid voucher issued from the agent, with whom hotel Niky has agreed a contract.

*** A third adult/older children may be accommodated only into a Standard suite at an extra charge of 10 еuro = 20 BGN per night and person.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by emailing us on office@hotel-niky.com or calling us on 00359 2 9530110, 00359 2 9523058. Please state your name and date of “check in” at the e-mail. You may cancel your booking for free up to 72 hours prior to arrival for individual reservations and 7 day for group reservations (5 or more people). Any cancellations received later than 72 hours prior to arrival at the Hotel or 7 day for groups will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night stay regarding the type of suite/room booked. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the first night stay.
