The subscribers pay an annual fee of 15 €. The subscription period is 1 year from the date of receiving the password. After this period the password is automatically deactivated.

The time for receiving the password depends on the payment methods. Up to 24 hours after the payment is done the subscriber receives a confirmation of activated subscription, containing his number and password. The subscriber must keep and remember his number and password and not let other person use it, which may deactivate automatically the password.

The registration form includes some obligatory fields, marked with *. If the information is filled in correctly, the registration form is accepted and a letter, containing the payment procedure is returned. If in the following 10 days the fee is not paid, the registration form is rejected.
